Domaine Jean-Pierre Grossot Chablis AC
Description: Corinne and Jean-Pierre Grossot are the third generation of winemakers from this family owned domaine, where they cultivate 13 hectres of Chablis Appellation Controlée vineyards. After a first racking, the new wines age in stainless steel only, which is traditional for Chablis. Finally the bottling takes place 1 year after the harvest. This Chablis has lively fruit aromas and flavours, with the fruity acidity and bouquet in perfect balance. Available in Half Bottles. (12 x 37.5 cl)
