Description: A fine bead of bubbles rises gently against a pale gold background. The nose is open and expressive, with notes of acacia honey and a hint of cocoa. These are followed by subtle aromas of bergamot, hay and menthol. A balanced creaminess on the palate confirms the expression given on the nose. The wine is rounded and of remarkable length.
