Intense, brilliant cherry-red, very pronnounced, fruity aroma with noticeable spicy notes from new wood. Robust in the mouth and vinous, with pleasant tannins and a harmonious, very persistent finish. 80% Tempranillo 15% Mazuelo 5% Graciano From the vineyards of Cenicero, Sonsierra and Villalba de Rioja. Classical vinification with destalked, crushed grapes, using the latest fermentation control technologies and long maceration periods. Aged for 18 months in American oak casks with natural stabilisation. Aged in the bottle for about six months. Serve at between 16º and 18ºC (24 x 37.5 cl)
