Towards the end of the 1940's, Georges became one of the most ardent defenders and saviours of the Appellation, then about to disappear. Today, the vinification is assured by his children Luc and Christine Vernay and they now own 16 hectares undervine throughout the region. Grown on exceptionally steep hillside on grantie soils, this is a lovely example of a fresh unoaked style, characterised by its peach and apricot flavours. (12 x 75 cl)
