Description: When making the Stone Cellars SauvignonBlanc, Winemaker Mary Sullivan focused on retaining the bright crisp fruit flavors of SauvignonBlanc and highlighting the wine with subtle undertones of toasty vanilla and rich creamy peaches. In the final blend, Mary chose to complement the green apple and crisp citrus of the SauvignonBlanc with approximately nine-percent Semillon for depth, complexity, and fullness with slight amounts of Gewürztraminer for a floral and spice notes and Chenin Blanc for a peachy softness.
