Aged on the lees for 18 months before 24 months further bottle maturation, showing rich complex tropical fruit flavours with a lingering full aftertaste. The vineyards and winery are situated at the foothills of the Darling Ranges in the heart of the Swan Valley and were first planted in 1932. Here where soil is blessed with a Mediterranean climate, James Talijancich carries on the tradition of his father and grandfather before him, producing legendary Liqueur Muscat and Tokay wines as well as varietal fine wines of great distinction. He says ''Our philosophy is simply based on an uncompromising approach to quality.
