Description:
This is the typical Valpolicella Classico Superiore wine, made according to the best traditions and with all the characteristics of Tedeschi Family wines: good structure, delicate flavor, elegance. The grapes come from vineyards located in the Classic Valpolicella zone. Once vinification is complete the wine is left to age for approximately 2 years in oak barrels before it is bottled. During this ageing the wine acquires a balanced structure, new aromatic contents and its coloring substances are stabilized. Once it is bottled it is refined in the cellars for a further 6 months before it is placed on the market. Strong ruby red coloured wine with an ample and complex bouquet showing notes of cherry, raspberry and red currant that give freshness to the wine. Fruity, well-balanced and well-structured with the alcohol and acidity in good harmony, the wine is warm and round. The after-taste confirms the character of the bouquet while it has a long-lasting and persistent flavour. (12 x 75 cl)

Tedeschi Rosso LA FABRISERIA IGT del Veneto Description: A concentrated, well-structured and balanced wine from traditional local grape varieities with a small percentage of Cabernet Sauvignon, fermented in barriques and aged oak. A strong ruby red coloured wine a bouquet that combines notes of plum, currants, black cherries and cherries with other mineral notes as well as vanilla, pepper, honey and beeswax. There is substantial extract concentration, well balanced by an excellent tannin structure, lively acidity while the after-taste confirms the characteristics of the bouquet.

Description: From the 2-hectare Monte Fontana vineyard and made only in the best vintages. This wine has a velvety texture and a distinctive sweetness. This wine is made from grapes harvested in various vineyards located on hills in the Classic Valpolicella zone. Different sources and different grape varieties are important to obtain well-balanced wines with the fine structure that only a few single areas in the Classic zone can give. Strong ruby red this wine has notes of vanilla and ethereal airs depending on the period of ageing in the barrel; notes of sweet fruits such as currants, blueberries, cherries depending on the varieties of grape. Showing a strong flavour, rounded and warm in structure, this is a well-balanced wine. The after-taste confirms the notes in the bouquet combined with an enduring and persistent flavour.
