Description: The Giustiniana vineyards located in RoveretodiGavi, Piedmont are made from rare ancient soil and here the Cortese grapes used in this wine are grown. Manual harvesting allows the selection of grapes that best balance acids, sugars, microstructures and the original scents of a Gavi wine. Once in the winery vinification is in wooden vats, where the wine is kept till the month of July following harvesting. Then it is bottled and refined in bottle for a further six months. This care from the vineyard to the winery has produce a delicate yellow coloured wine with greenish hue. The bouquet is fine, intense, with hints of lime and hawthorn combined with a delicate wooden note. A wine with a remarkable personality emerging from a full, very balanced taste, lasting long in your mouth. (6 x 75 cl) Price: £141.84
