Description: The Particular wines are made from grapes selected from the best and oldest vineyards owned by ValentinBianchi in San Rafael. This ‘Particular’ Cabernet Sauvignon has a good intensity, with deep colour and attractive perfumes of red fruits, particularly blackcurrant and plums. Full-bodied on the palate, with ripe tannins rounded out by the addition of the plummy Merlot and Syrah , this wine has nicely balanced oak and fruit, with a long finish. The Bianchi family winery was founded in 1928 by Italian immigrant ValentinBianchi and now covers 350 hectares of vineyard. It is run by the third generation, headed by Enzo Bianchi.
