Description: Vina Ventisquero are committed to continuously improving its vinification process and reducing its environmental impact to a minimum. It therefore aims for 100% compliance with environmental regulations and legislation. The best grapes from the Maipo Valley, renowned for its Mediterranean climate and warm dry summers, are selected for this wine. Working closely with the grapes and vineyards over the years, Vina Ventisquero have come to understand and carefully manage this variety and are more than capable of creating a great Carmenere Gran Reserva. A true reflection of our terroir, this is a wine with tremendous personality, identity, and character. Harvested by hand this is a blend of 85% Maipo Carmenere and 15% Colchagua Malbec that has been aged in French oak barrels between 12 -14 months. This Carmenere Gran Reserva is a deep bluish black colour, with blackberry aromas and notes of black pepper, vanilla as well as a soft smokey tone resulting from ageing in French oak barrels. Its rich structure of velvety tannins make it ideal to accompany exotic meals, strong fish and ripe cheeses. (6 x 75 cl)

Description: Vina Ventisquero are committed to continuously improving its vinification process and reducing its environmental impact to a minimum. It therefore aims for 100% compliance with environmental regulations and legislation. This wine is from the Casablanca Valley vineyard, with its warm weather and pleasant coastal breezes, that cool the summer temperatures. This fantastic location offers the ideal conditions for slow ripening which allows grapes to develop and maintain their flavour and aroma. Located 80 Km from Santiago and close to the Pacific Ocean, this valley receives approximately 450 mm of rain during the winter months of May through September. The poor, finely-textured sandy alluvial soil retains very little moisture and produces low yields , resulting in high quality fruit with concentrated varietal characteristics. The best grapes from the vineyards are selected for this wine. Working closely with the grapes and vineyards over the years, Vina Ventisquero have come to understand and carefully manage this variety and are more than capable of creating a great Sauvignon Blanc Gran Reserva. A true reflection of our terroir, this is a wine with tremendous personality, identity, and character. This Sauvignon Blanc is an intense green colour with yellow shades and a citrus fruit bouquet, showing grapefruit as well as tropical touches, such as, maracuya. A Gran Reserva with good structure, balanced acidity, tropical fruit flavors,and lovely long finish. (6 x 75 cl)
