Creamy, medium bodied wine supported by vanilla oak, producing complexity and length. The semillon and chardonnay grapes were picked at baumes to enhance the varietal characteristics and then fermented seperately with American oak. After clarification the wine was blended and stabilised prior to final filtration and bottling. Ideally consumed fresh although can be cellered for up to 2 years.
