Description:
This Gascony domaine is owned by the Grassa family who are one of the best producers in this beautiful corner of France. Commited to protecting the environment both in the vineyards and the winery, they use organic fertiliser and the use of sulphites has been reduced to a minimum.
Maceration of the grapes and a long, cool fermentation maintains the freshness and fruit flavours in the finished wine. The Chenin gives a mineral, appley character whilst the Chardonnay adds richness and body.
