Who are we?
When you place an order with everywine.co.uk, it is treated as an order request. everywine.co.uk is a non stock holding retailer which means that the wines listed on the site are subject to availability. After an order request has been placed, everywine.co.uk contacts the supplier to confirm availability, price and vintage. We then arrange the collection and delivery of the wine. The next time you will hear from us is either when we charge you credit/debit card or in the event we cannot fulfil your order as requested.
What Do We Do?
everywine.co.uk sells by the case and we cannot sell single bottles as we hold no stock of the wines listed on the site. This also means we cannot sell any mixed cases on the everywine site (there are some premixed cases available on our sister site www.booths-wine.co.uk).
How to search for a wine?
Type the name of the wine into the find box and click the “go” button. For example type in “Jacobs Creek Chardonnay” and the website finds this wine and all the other wines available from the Jacobs Creek. When searching on the website include the vineyard or producer name to get the best results.
If you search using regional names such as Sancerre or Bordeaux, you will get lots of results on the page. So looking at the top of the page there is a filter to refine your search. You can filter the results by Style, Grapes, Region, Vintage and Price to help you find your wine.
If your wine is not listed on everywine.co.uk. Then please email service@everywine.co.uk with as many details as you can, including the producer name and grape varieties, and we will try and find it for you. It may take a few days for us to reply because some wines can be quite difficult to find.
How do we Deliver?
Delivery is £8.95 for all orders regardless of how many cases you order. From the time of placing your order we aim to deliver within 10 working days, although it will often arrive much more quickly. Deliveries are made Monday to Friday between 9.00am and 5.00pm.
We deliver to most of the UK mainland. We're sorry that the standard delivery charge excludes the Scottish Islands, Scottish Highlands, Isles of Scilly, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, and Northern Ireland but we can arrange delivery to these areas for an additional charge. Please contact customer services for details (0800 072 0011). We regret that we do not deliver to The Channel Islands or overseas.
We strongly recommend that you propose an address where there will always be someone present to sign for the delivery (such as a work address). If no-one is home when our carrier attempts to deliver your wine, the carrier will leave a card explaining they have called and they will re-attempt to deliver the wine the following day. If the parcel is not delivered on the second attempt, then another calling card will be left explaining the carrier has attempted a second delivery and the parcel can be collected from the local depot. If the wine is not collected from the depot within the next 2 days the goods will be returned to everywine.co.uk and the customer will then be responsible for collecting the parcel from everywine.co.uk at their own expense.
There is an option to give us specific instructions to leave the wine in a safe place if you know you will not be at home to receive your order. Simply fill in the box marked "Special Delivery Instructions" when placing your order. Please note: If you do choose this option you do so at your own risk.
More than one wine ordered
Please be aware than your wines may be sourced from different warehouses around the UK and therefore could be delivered separately (this will not result in any additional delivery charges). If this is likely to cause a problem please call our customer service team on 0800 072 0011.
