Order Request When you place an order with everywine.co.uk it is treated as an order request. everywine.co.uk is a non-stockholding retailer which means the wines listed are subject to availability. When you place an order request on the website, everywine.co.uk contacts the supplier to confirm availability and then arranges delivery. Once we have established the stock is available, we contact you and only then will we charge your credit/debit card. It is at this point that a legally binding contract exists between you the purchaser and everywine.co.uk.
everywine.co.uk makes every effort to ensure the information listed on the website is accurate and up-to-date but there are times due to circumstances beyond our control when the vintage or price may change. We will always keep you informed of any changes made to your order request. No monies will be charged to your credit/debit card until we have confirmed with you that your request can be fulfilled.
While we try and ensure that all prices on the website are accurate, errors may sometimes occur. If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as cancelled. If the order is cancelled and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund. All quotations whether written or verbal are treated as order requests and are subject to the terms and conditions stated above

everywine.co.uk reserves the right not to accept any orders. In accordance with UK law when you place an order with everywine.co.uk you warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts. Indemnification You agree to indemnify everywine.co.uk and its related companies, affiliates, employees, agents and representatives, and to hold them harmless from all reasonable damages, losses, taxes, duties, fees, expenses, claims and liabilities (including attorneys' fees) ("Claims") that may arise from the use of everywine.co.uk. Warranties everywine.co.uk warrant that the wines will be of satisfactory quality and fit for their general purpose. Other than as stated elsewhere within the terms and conditions of the web site, all warranties conditions, terms and undertakings, expressed or implied, whether by statute, common law, custom, trade usage, course of dealings or otherwise in respect of the goods and services provided by us hereunder and hereby excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law. Nothing in this Agreement shall affect, exclude or limit your statutory rights as a consumer.
Age Restriction You must be aged 18 years old to purchase alcohol. By placing an order you confirm you are at least 18 years old. If you are buying the wine as a gift then the recipient must be 18 years old. All goods must be signed for on delivery by an adult aged 18 years or over. If no one of that age is at the address when the delivery is attempted the goods will be retained by the driver, in which case the driver will leave notification of attempted delivery. The carrier will leave a card explaining they have called and they will re-attempt to deliver the wine the following day. If the parcel is not delivered on the second attempt, then another calling card will be left explaining Amtrak have attempted a second delivery and the parcel can be collected from the local Amtrak Depot. If the wine is not collected from the Amtrak Depot within the next 2 days the goods will be returned to everywine.co.uk and the customer will then be responsible for collecting the parcel from everywine.co.uk at their own expense.
Disclaimer By using this site you accept that it is at your own risk. Delivery Delivery is £8.95 regardless of how many cases you order. From the time of placing your order we aim to deliver within 10 working days, although it will often arrive much faster. everywine.co.uk is dependant on third party suppliers for delivery on all their wines and shall not be liable for loss occasioned by delay in delivery arising out of any cause beyond their control. Deliveries are made Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.00pm by Amtrak. Everywine.co.uk do not offer delivery on weekends or UK national holidays. However we can arrange a Saturday delivery which will incur an additional charge, please telephone 0800 072 0011 or email service@everywine.co.uk for further details.
Everywine.co.uk delivers to anywhere in mainland UK. All other areas such as Isle of Wight, The Scottish Highlands, UK Offshore, and the Isle of Man are subject to additional delivery charges. Please contact our customer services department for details. We do not deliver to Northern Ireland, The Channel Islands or overseas at the moment. The courier will ask you to sign a ‘proof of delivery’ sheet or electronic notepad. If there is any obvious damage to the content of the package, it needs to be noted on the delivery record. If the customer gives special instructions for everywine.co.uk to leave the wine outside your house it will be left at the customer’s own risk. Everywine.co.uk must have confirmation of any breakages or shortages within 7 days of delivery, either by telephone, e-mail or fax. If bottles are broken or damaged in transit to the customer, everywine.co.uk are fully insured and therefore can give you a refund for the damaged wines as long as you notify everywine.co.uk within the 7 days. If no-one is home when Amtrak attempt to deliver your wine the carrier will leave a card explaining they have called and they will re-attempt to deliver the wine the following day. If the parcel is not delivered on the second attempt, then another calling card will be left explaining Amtrak have attempted a second delivery and the parcel can be collected from the local Amtrak Depot. If the wine is not collected from the Amtrak Depot within the next 2 days the goods will be returned to everywine.co.uk and the customer will then be responsible for collecting the parcel from everywine.co.uk at their own expense. Returns everywine.co.uk consider your satisfaction with our products and service to be paramount. With this in mind if you are dissatisfied with the purchase you have made or the service you have received, please contact our customer service department on 0800 072 0011 or e-mail service@everywine.co.uk If you do wish to return any products to everywine.co.uk the order will be treated as a cancellation unless it is for the reasons defined below. Unfortunately being a perishable product, wine will from time to time be out of condition when you come to drink it. This is normally termed as 'corked' wine and occurs in less than one percent of wines consumed. If you are unfortunate enough to find a 'corked' wine within your case, please contact the customer service department. We will arrange for the wine to be collected within two weeks and your account will be credited immediately. If the product is delivered damaged or the wrong product is sent in error, please contact our customer service department and we will arrange for a replacement to be dispatched as soon as possible and for the damaged/wrong goods to be collected. If that wine is no longer available, we will offer an alternative product or give you the opportunity of a refund. Cancellations You may if you wish for whatever reason cancel your order. The cancellation period is up to 7 working days from the day after you have received your "unwanted wine". The bottles should remain unopened and intact. You can contact us on our freephone number 0800 072 0011 or you can send an email to service@everywine.co.uk We will reimburse all monies for the wine within 30 days from the date you notify us of the cancellation. The wines will to be returned to us at the customers cost. If the wines are not returned we will arrange collection and the collection cost will be deducted from your refund. Failure to return the wines, or make available for collection the customer is in breach of a statutory duty. When a customer cancels an order you shall be under a duty to restore the wines to everywine.co.uk. You must retain and store the wines in good condition until we can arrange collection and the cost of collection will be deducted from your refund. If you fail to make the goods available for collection within 30 days of your notice of cancellation, you will be deemed to have accepted the goods, at which point a new purchase contract will be made and you will be charged for your order at the price set out on the web site.
Voucher Codes
The Vouchers only apply to goods purchased on the everywine.co.uk website.
The Vouchers may not be used by any everywine.co.uk employee.
The Vouchers cannot be applied to past orders made with everywine.co.uk and cannot be backdated or redeemed for cash.
Each Voucher code may be used only once per household at any one delivery address.
everyiwne.co.uk reserves the right to withdraw or terminate any of its Vouchers at any time, either as a whole or for specific delivery areas. If this happens, then the Vouchers may not be used for any orders placed after the date of withdrawal or termination.
everywine.co.uk reserves the right to reject the use of a Voucher where fraud is suspected.
The right to use a voucher code is personal to the intended recipient / recipients and may not be transferred. No voucher code may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or published directly or indirectly in any form. Everywine.co.uk voucher codes must not be stored in a data retrieval system, without the prior written permission of everywine.co.uk. Voucher codes distributed or circulated without the written approval of everywine.co.uk, for example on an Internet message board or on a "bargains" website, are not valid for use and will be refused or cancelled.
