We are a small dedicated team of people with the aim “To always be the first choice for buying wine on-line, delighting our customers through unparalleled choice, innovation and service.” everywine.co.uk was established in 2000 by Booths a northern chain of supermarkets with 26 stores. |

How old is the company? everywine.co.uk was established in 2000. Are you a registered company in the UK? Yes - Registered in England and Wales under number 49933. How long will it take to reply to my email? Issues regarding deliveries, damages and corked bottles are usually answered within 24 hours. General wine enquires are usually answered within a few days. You say you are everywine but I can’t find the wine I’m looking for on your website? New wines are being added to the website everyday. If there is a particular wine you would like us to try and find, then please use our wine enquiry form. Please include as much information as you can and we will reply in a few days. If you’re the biggest wine merchant in the world why have I never heard of you? everywine.co.uk is quite unique in the way we fulfil our orders because we link together bonded and distribution warehouses around the UK. There are thousands of wines listed on the website, but the wines are not stored in one place. Using the internet and search engines, customers reach our website looking for a particular wine. The internet is a recent phenomenon and therefore we are a young company that is growing year on year. Do you have a catalogue? No – The website is updated daily and a catalogue would be out of date very quickly. Do you have a shop I can visit? No – everywine.co.uk is an internet only shop. We have an office open from 9.00am to 5.00pm where we process the orders on a daily basis. The wines listed on the website are from distribution warehouses around the UK. Do you sell wines by the single bottle? No – The wines we sell are packed in 6 bottle cases or 12 bottle cases depending on the pack size stored in the warehouse. Do you have a wine club? No Do you have a newsletter? Yes – At the moment we send out a weekly splash with a single special offer and a monthly newsletter with additional features and special prices. |

DeliveryWhat is the delivery charge? Our standard delivery charge for the United Kingdom is £8.95 and the delivery charge for the "mix your own case" range of wines is £5.95. We can offer a world wide delivery service, for further details please review our Delivery Terms And Conditions How long will it take for my wine to arrive? Our delivery promise within the United Kingdom is to deliver your order within 10 working days. Can the wine be left in a safe place or with a neighbour? Yes – Please leave your message in the special instruction box on the final checkout page. (Please note that an un-signed parcel is left at your own risk.) What happens if the wine is stolen? Contact us straight away on 0800 072 0011 or by email at service@everywine.co.uk and we will investigate the problem. Each case will be resolved on an individual basis. What happens if the wine arrives damaged? You can choose to accept the parcel but please note on the delivery drivers sheet that the wine was damaged or just refuse the delivery. In either case please contact us on 0800 072 0011 or by email at service@everywine.co.uk and we will resolve the problem as quickly as we can. Can I have a Saturday delivery? Yes – However there is an additional charge for a Saturday delivery, please telephone 0800 072 0011 or email service@everywine.co.uk for further details. Do you deliver overseas? Yes - For overseas deliveries please contact customer services on freephone number 0800 072 0011 or email service@everywine.co.uk. Can I collect my wine from your offices/warehouse/shop so I don’t have to pay the delivery charge? No – We do not stock the wines at our premises so they cannot be collected. The carrier called today but I was out – What happens next? After the first attempt, the carrier will post a card though your letter box and attempt delivery the following day. However if you need to make changes to the delivery - please contact us on 0800 072 0011 or by email service@everywine.co.uk and we will re-arrange the delivery with the courier. |

Pricing, Payments and Customer DetailsWhat type of credit cards do you accept? We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Switch and Maestro Do your prices include VAT? All of our prices include duty and VAT. Can I have a VAT invoice? Yes – you can ask for a VAT invoice in the special delivery instructions box on the final checkout page or contact us on 0800 072 0011. Alternatively email service@everywine.co.uk and we will have one sent out to you. Can I pay be cheque? No - Sorry we do not accept cheques anymore. Do you share my personnel information with anyone else? No – We do not sell or share your information with anyone else apart from those companies necessary for your wine to be delivered – For example you name, address, and telephone number will be required by our carrier to make the delivery. Can I have an account and pay at the end of the month? No – We are a retailer and do not offer account facilities. When do you charge my credit card? Only at the point of despatched is payment taken. The website does a security check when you first place your order which is called a “pre-authorization” but no monies are taken from your card until the wine is sent to the courier. |

Please contact us as soon as it happens on 0800 072 0011 or by email at service@everywine.co.uk and we will advise the best course of action. If the vintage of my wine changes do you send it anyway? No – If the vintage changes from the details on the website. We will contact to let you know about the change. You then have the option to accept the vintage change or cancel your order request. What happens if the wine is out of stock or not available? We normally contact you within 24 hours to let you know the wine is not available. We will often provide the estimated shipping date the wine arrives back in the UK. You can either wait for the wine to arrive or cancel your order request. |
